AFR’s Fast 100 list takes revenue data from companies who started trading before July 1st, 2016. Businesses have turnover greater than $500,000 in 2016 to 2017 along with three years of revenue data to enter the list. With businesses subjected to the pandemic, last year’s growth rates should be significantly slower. But that’s not the case here. The ones on the list showed resilience and flourished despite the bottlenecks in every affected industry.
As organisations catch up and adapt to the current landscape, we believe significant attention and action are needed towards creating meaningful workplace connections. The numbers speak for themselves. Frontline, admin, and knowledge-based employees agree. Workplace dynamics are experiencing a massive shift, where employees are front and centre.
