How to save messages in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a great way to connect with your colleagues, share updates, and keep track of projects.

If you find you’re getting a lot of chat messages at once, you can save the most important, so you can revisit them when you’ve got time to focus.

Here’s how

  1. Find the message you want to save and click the three dots on the right.
  2. Select “Save this message” and it will be bookmarked for you.

To view all your saved messages click on your profile image in the corner and then the “Saved tab”.
