One of the best functions of Microsoft Teams is how it enables you to have multiple conversations on the go at once. This is particularly handy if you’re working from home.
If you need to update a colleague with info from a separate chat, or you want to send a quick message without switching around chats, you can send a quick message.
Here’s how
- To send a quick message, In the search bar up the top, type the @ sign, followed by the name of the contact you’d like to message.
- Press enter and the search bar should now say “send a message”.
- Type your message in this field and hit enter or select the purple arrow to send it!
