How to use quick navigation in Microsoft Teams

Using Microsoft Teams to create teams and channels is a great way to share the right information with the right people.

But when you have a lot of these, your navigation page can get pretty cluttered. Don’t worry, there’s an easy fix to help you stay organized while working from home.

Follow our step-by-step video to see how you can easily jump to your desired conversation on Teams and save a lot of scrolling.

Here’s how

  1. To jump straight to a specific channel or team, go to the search bar up the top and type forward slash goto followed the desired destination’s name.
  2. Select the right one and hit enter! This will take you straight there and save you from scrolling through the list.
