In June, we announced a significant milestone: former competitors LiveTiles and Omnia are merging to form a powerful new entity, Omnia Digital Workplace AB, headquartered in Sweden.
With this merger, our combined workforce has more than doubled, bringing together over 160 employees across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. This unification makes us significantly stronger, particularly in customer support, customer success, and product development.
We have already begun integrating our product portfolios. Moving forward, the unified product brand will be Omnia. The future of our intranet solutions will be built on Omnia’s robust infrastructure. We are actively working to integrate the capabilities of the current LiveTiles Intranet product into the Omnia platform, including innovative features like LiveTiles Reach (Employee app) and the Everywhere Widget (AI).
All features in the joint product will be delivered and managed through the Omnia administration console. Our first joint product release is scheduled for Q4 this year, with continued development into Q1-Q2 of next year.
However, the powerful Directory product from the LiveTiles portfolio will continue to be offered as a separate solution and will not be part of the unified intranet product.
For LiveTiles customers, this merger brings many positives, including strong financial backing from our owners and a solid long-term strategy for supporting your solutions moving forward. There will be clear upgrade paths for all existing LiveTiles products, with skilled resources available to help you maximize the new capabilities.
We are making significant investments to ensure smooth transitions to the forward platform, with hands-on work beginning early in 2025. For customers who choose not to upgrade, we will continue to offer long-term support for the current products.
As we combine the strengths of LiveTiles and Omnia, two leaders in the intranet market, our focus remains on delivering tangible results for our customers and fulfilling our shared vision.
