This week’s release: 1 improvement, 1 integration, 1 bug fix.

Improvements:

Add in Monaco to the Code Snippet Tile

In order to improve the coding experience while using the Code Snippet Tile, we have overhauled the tile to make use of the Monaco editor. This will improve the overall experience. In addition to having a cleaner look overall, it also integrates all the benefits of Monaco including rich intelligence, validation and basic syntax colorization. For more information about Monaco you can follow the link here: https://github.com/Microsoft/monaco-editor

Integrations:

Add dynamic height to tiles

In order to make the responsive canvas a more enjoyable experience, we are introducing the option for users to be able to toggle between having dynamic height for the text, nav bar and nav list menus. This will allow you to be able to choose whether you would like the tile to be able to increase in height with the more content you have, in addition to preventing overflow, should you want to add in large pieces of content on the responsive canvas instead of having a set height for the tile.

Bug Fixes:

Documents Tile Root Site – Office Related Programs Not Appending Root to URL

When opening Office related programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the Documents Tile now appends the root site to the URL.
