The LiveTiles AI Assistant is an AI-powered virtual assistant that provides your employees with accurate workplace information and rapid access to resources within your version of LiveTiles Intranet.
Powered by our Azure-based AI Engine, the LiveTiles AI Assistant simplifies information-finding by giving immediate, accurate answers to plain-language questions about anything you might need, with personalization and user relevance at its heart.
What questions could your AI assistant answer?
- “Where is the latest anti-bribery policy?”
- “Do you have an onboarding checklist?”
- “I have lost my laptop. What should I do?”
- “Who can I talk to approve an exceptional leave request?”

How do administrators manage the AI Assistant?
From a user’s perspective, the AI Assistant is seamless to use. They simply click their Everywhere Widget at the bottom of their screen (more on this shortly) and type out the question they have.
However, the tool they use is part of a much more powerful framework – LiveTiles’ AI Engine – that you can develop frictionless AI experiences in line with the evolving needs of your organization.
However, it is designed to be easy for administrators to use, organize and scale within your existing LiveTiles Operations Centre.
Using the Operations Centre, admins can:
- Curate the content of the AI Assistant with PDFs and text-based Office 365 formats.
- Index specific SharePoint policy pages, such as work-from-home policies, that allow up-to-date, employee-critical information to be retrieved within seconds.
- Create custom tabs to personalize the wider Everywhere Widget experience (including Quick Links built around the most common queries asked of your AI Assistant).
It’s powered by Azure AI, grounded with company’s information and SharePoint-based policies, and deployed entirely within your tenant as a secure, safe and responsive framework.
The AI Engine and AI Assistant are part of a significant upgrade to your existing LiveTiles Intranet, that’s just one part of the upcoming Everywhere Widget.

When will the LiveTiles AI Assistant be available?
The LiveTiles AI Assistant will launch within LiveTiles Intranet for select customers in June 2024.
It’s just the first step in a far-reaching range of upgrades to your LiveTiles Intranet, that will make the Everywhere Widget and all of its features available throughout the LiveTiles product stack as the year progresses.
