The Teams Game

A new free virtual card game from LiveTiles, designed to help you and your organization plan and adopt Microsoft Teams.

What is the Teams Game?

The virtual Teams Game provides a fun, collaborative way to plan for the rollout of Microsoft Teams into your organization. Rather than sitting in another dull, long workshop, the game is intended to be a quick, visual and fun way to reach a common understanding of how Microsoft Teams can be implemented – whether for your whole organization or just for your team.

The Teams Game

Using the game cards, you can visually map out team structures, create team profiles and build out your Microsoft Teams deployment plan with a fun approach to planning.

  • Create profiles of the groups whose Teams activity you want to map out
  • Build out an initial structure for the Teams required
  • Consider important elements like team members, admins, public and private channels, apps and external users
  • Discover new use cases of Teams that were not previously considered

The game is complete once your Teams structure has been tested, validated and all participants agree that it addresses the needs of the group – everyone wins!

Microsoft Teams brings everything together in a shared workspace where you can chat, meet, share files and work with business apps. To get the most out of it, though, you need to consider how you’re going to use it:

  • What teams will you need to create?
  • Who are the members?
  • Who will administer your teams?
  • Are they private or public teams?
  • How many channels do you need within each team?
  • What apps are you going to install?
  • How are you going to manage collaboration with external users?
  • What business processes do you want to migrate into Teams?
