Microsoft Teams allows you to show your co-workers your current online status, whether you’ve ducked out for a coffee or are currently in a call. It also has the ability to notify other users when you become available again!
Teams will usually change this for you automatically based on your calendar or your idle time, but did you know you can change this manually too?
Here’s how
- To change your status on Teams, click on your profile picture in the corner and click on your current status.
- You can then select your status from the drop down. It’s as simple as that!
